Scrumptious Gluten Free Banana Bread
More recently at my local store, I spotted an aisle that truly got my attention as it only had products that were devoid of Gluten. It had Gluten free variances of a range of different products that most people take for granted. I thought it was a great idea as people with an intolerance to gluten (Celiac's) are able to enjoy the same foods as the rest of us.
The experience then inspired me to reassess some of my more recent recipes. I then decided it would be good to share a Gluten free edition of these recipes that would unquestionably be enjoyed by folks who had to eliminate gluten from their diet.
