An Exceedingly Easy To Prepare Rice Flour Bread

This is a mouth-watering rice flour bread recipe that the whole family can enjoy. This awesome recipe selects to use rice flour as opposed to regular flour, and it uses both brown rice flour and white rice flour - the brown flour makes it even more wholesome. A virtue of this bread recipe is that it definitely doesn't contain any gluten, as most bread recipes do. It's thankfully incredibly easy to make. This is a good way to enjoy some delicious, healthy bread at home...and hopefully that's what we are all about!

This is what you may need:

- 2 small spoons of granulated sugar

- Half (1/2) cup of warm water

- One One/4 cups of water

- One package of active dry yeast

- Quarter (1/4)cup of veg shortening

- One (1) cup of brown rice flour

- Two (2) cups of white rice flour

- Quarter (1/4)cup of crystallized sugar

- Four teaspoons of xanthan gum or One big spoon of dry pectin

- Two thirds cup of dry milk or One third cup of soy powder

- 1 1/2 spoons of salt

- 2 eggs

Here are the preparation instructions:

1. First of all, you'll need to pre-heat the cooker to 400F.

2. Next, dissolve the sugar in the warm water; do this in a bowl that holds 2 cups. Scatter the yeast on top and leave it for approximately 10 minutes.

3. Mix the room temperature water in a shallow pan along with the shortening and stir this over a medium heat till the shortening is liquified. After it is soft, take away the mixture from the heat and allow it to cool down until it reaches a lukewarm temperature.

4. Mix the leftover dry ingredients in a medium size mixer bowl. Now add in the water and the yeast prepared earlier. Once that's mixed, add the shortening mix and blend it all together before adding the eggs and kneading the mix.

5. Allow the dough to rise. Once it has doubled in size, it is ready-allow in the region of an hour for this to occur. When prepared, pour the dough into a lightly greased baking pan for bread.

6. Start by baking the bread in the preheated range for Ten minutes. After Ten minutes, cover the bread pan with foil and cook for another fifty minutes.

Permit your bread a good Ten minutes to cool down on a rack before you cut it, serve and enjoy! What could be better...
